"On my behalf, JoEllen took a small grocery list order, which she fulfilled at Hannafords, she placed an order with her good friend Amy the Baker, for a dozen birthday cupcakes, and delivered said cupcakes while coordinating precise timing and location with my daughters good friend!  JoEllen and I were texting and chatting about a variety of small details and even though we never met, I feel she truly represented me in doing tiny, loving, surprise tasks for my daughter.
